Full-Race's 1.5 scroll header/up pipe kit for Stage2+ Subarus is engineered and dyno tested to produce the fastest spool, quickest response and most hp/tq gains for a stock location header. The 1.5 scroll system consists of the twinscroll lower manifold and stock location 1.5 scroll up-pipe. Designed to optimize performance for a stock location singlescroll turbo, the 1.5 scroll up pipe uses a twin-runner configuration with the final 2->1 merge collector in close proximity to the turbine. Notes on the Perrin Rotated Mount Turbo Kits:
- The Perrin turbo kit either requires a Perrin front-mount intercooler with blow-through MAF tube, or some form of engine management that eliminates the MAF sensor. This kit makes no provisions for the stock MAF sensor.
- Engine managment, fuel system upgrades, and supporting modifcations are required with this kit.
- Professional installation is strongly recommended; this is not a task for beginners. We strongly suggest a shop familiar with Subaru performance.
- Tuning will be required with these kits.
- We strongly recommend considering engine internal upgrades for those looking to exceed 400whp on 2.5L cars (300whp on 2.0 WRXs).
- This kit is designed for the Perrin front-mount intercooler ($1195) and blow-through MAF tube ($195).
- Anything over a .63 GT3071R on a 2.0L will have lots of lag; the EJ20 will require internal modifications for proper use of any of the bigger turbos.
- We recommend internal engine modifications for the GT3582R and above on the STi to maximize potential.

The Agency Power GT35R turbo kit is designed to make over 500 wheel horsepower on race gas and over 400 wheel horsepower on pump gas as tested on the STI. The WRX will produce less horsepower on the stock motor. All numbers vary depending on car modifications, tuning, and environment. This turbo is custom designed to spool up at around 4000rpm's to give the best horsepower response throughout the powerband. The turbo is capable of running 30psi and greater of boost, however we recommend many modifications to ensure the safety of the motor.
We recommend having the following parts: Front Mount Intercooler, ECU, Fuel Pump, Injectors, Fuel Rails, Catback Exhaust. Other recommended parts would be to upgrade your clutch, flywheel, shifter, radiator, and other related parts.

Each GT drop-in turbo package consists of a Garrett factory assembled and high speed balanced dual ball bearing CHRA which is then assembled into a set of CNC machine ported housings that have been optimized in every aspect for maximum flow and efficiency.
All accompanying oil and coolant supply components included in each kit have been designed to properly and seamlessly bridge the Garrett GT turbo to the EJ engine so that the fit is as OE as possible.
Just bolt the turbo on, add fueling and a good tune and prepare for a blast of acceleration. Garrett GT turbos offer more then just "peak HP" numbers. These GT turbos off more torque area under the curve and more "accessible" power then any other turbos series out there.

Everyone has seen or heard about Evo3 16g turbos and TD05H 18g turbos for the Subaru 2.0 and 2.5 engines, our newest turbo is the FP 68HTA™Turbocharger for the Subaru STi/WRX unit which out flows both the E316g and 18g wheels and allows for higher PR operation without increased compressor outlet temperatures like the existing 16g and 18g wheels. With intercooler core dimensions of 9.5" x 28" x 4.5" (24.1cm x 71.1cm x 11.4cm) for a surface area of over 266 square inches and a total intercooler core volume of 1,197 cubic inches (19,600 cm3) (the largest by far of aftermarket WRX and STI intercoolers) that's over 4.5 times the size of the standard top mount intercooler.

The flanges are completely redesigned: the finish is upgraded to stainless steel; and now come with a three bolts flange between header and uppipe to help prevent leaking between the up-pipe and the header. The EGT bung is revised as well. Detachable up-pipe is included. The up-pipe comes with a velocity chamber inside the pipe. This special feature is structure for increasing airflow velocity. Stage 1 (266/266) Cams:
GSC Power-Division S1 camshafts for the USDM 04-07 STi. These will not drop any low end power, but actually cause faster spool of the turbo, creating more power and torque across the entire rpm range. Good for stock turbo or up to 500WHP(GT35R) upgrades. These cams require upgraded valve springs to keep everything safe at high rpm.
Stage 2 (272/272) Cams:
GSC Power-Division S2 camshafts for the USDM 04-07 STi. These cams are built to suite the high horsepower Subys. With a power range of 500WHP and up, you need some certain mods to utilize the true potential of the S2s. Built motor, with a built/ported head, and a good engine management system. Dual valve springs are recommended, but a upgraded single spring kit will do the job under 8000 rpm. **Due to the lob size, some head castings may need to be filled down slightly for clearance.

The Cosworth Subaru High Volume Inlet Manifold is cast from aluminum featuring large tapered runners with radiused inlets for improved air flow. Plenum volume has been substantially increased and tuned for power. Engineered for easy installation and is the key to making big power. The Cosworth EJ257 plenum is designed for use with the 2004-2009 STI engines equipped with electronic throttle control. The plenum is not designed for use with any cable-actuated throttle body EJ20/25 applications. This plenum is designed to replace the factory Subaru plenum in vehicles equipped with an aftermarket front-mounted intercooler (FMIC) kit. The basis for our Stage 4 kit is the Garrett GT35R turbo kit by Agency Power. To obtain this power, you will need corresponding modifications as we have listed in the below options. The most important part of this kit is fueling and ECU tuning which Vivid Racing has accomplished with dyno testing using our Mustang AWD dynamometer. Our test car made 396 awhp on 91 pump octane. With a drivetrain loss of 25% for the Mustang dyno, this is 500HP to the crank. Expect higher numbers on 93octane and race gas. In combination with a turboback exhaust, intercooler kit, fuel system, and other bits and pieces, this Stage 4 kit will rocket you past the competition.
