The core of the VR825 kit is based around Garrett GT3076 .63a/r turbochargers. Together, these ball bearing turbos spool up similar to the stock VTG turbos, however deliver nearly 400 horsepower more of mid to top end power to be used in any driving situation. In conjunction with the Garrett turbos, we utilize Tial 44mm .8bar external wastegates which bypass the stock exhaust system to create brain punishing torque at full boost. The use of these turbos and wastegates requires special headers as the fitment is different then stock. Our headers are hand built in-house using 16 gauge, 304 stainless steel that is TIG welded. Our thick water jetted flanges and custom made merge collector provides you the best performance. The headers bolt to the heads the same, except use a 4 bolt flange to mount the Garrett turbos and require an extension just off the collector for the external wastegate. The turbos cannot make the power on their own and require additional products that we have manufacturer specifically for the VR825 kit. In addition to the headers to mount the turbos, you must also change the oil and water lines. Porsche uses proprietary fittings for their oil and water lines to the VTG turbos. We supply new AN fittings, steel braided oil lines, coated water lines, and banjo bolt fittings to mount to the Garrett turbos. So customers can retain their stock mounted aftermarket exhausts with the Garrett turbos, we include steel black oxide coated exhaust adapters which mount to the turbos to bolt the exhaust too. This enables you to retain your favorite aftermarket exhaust sound and style with out having to get a custom one made.

To upgrade your VTG turbos, you will need to remove them from your vehicle and ship them to our Turbo Builder which we will supply you with the address and instructions. Please contact us first before shipping any products. Once we receive the turbos, we will modify them to the VR700 level. This process is about 7-10 days once they are received. This helps boost come on stronger and hold more consistant to redline. These install in place of the factory units. The combination of these 2 products will give you the VR550 kit which you can further build on. Because Softronic tunes using the factory knock and O2 sensors, you will not need to re-reflash your car when you add basic components like an exhaust, headers, or intake. The only time you need to do a reflash is when you add bigger turbos, different fueling systems, or engine internals. The ECU flash can be installed by yourself with the included cable. Install time is about 1 hour. The BRV's we recommend installation by experienced mechanics and these take about 2 hours for installation.

The Vivid Racing Stage 2 kit for the Porsche 997 Carrera really begins to open up the power with the addition of the Agency Power Exhaust System and Agency Power Racing Headers. The normally aspirated vehicles need to have a good balance between exhaust backpressure and exhaust flow. The headers help improve the low end torque and power by changing the length of each header tube and the collector. The exhaust system is less restrictive then the factory unit. The 997 GT2 is a rear wheel drive version of the 997 Turbo on steriods. With a different intake plenum, modified turbos, more aggressive suspension, and lighter weight, this is purely an animal. Agenecy Power Exhaust Features:
With the design of the Agency Power exhaust system for the 997 Turbo, it not only improves sound, it adds power and saves weight off the rear end. The factory system is very bulky and weighs almost 60lbs. The new Agency Power system cuts that by 50% to reduce weight on your already heavy rear engine car. Because of the reduced restriction in the high flow 200 cell cats compared to the stock 400 cell, the turbos are able to relieve exhaust gas much quicker. Agency Power uses larger 76mm piping to handle the increased horsepower. The 1 piece rear muffler design also aids in gaining horsepower by reducing back pressure with a more free flowing internal construction. As tested on our Mustang AWD Dyno, the exhaust gained 21 awhp and 32ft/lbs of torque.

Cold Air Intake Features:
Agency Power's newest cold air intake kit is for the Porsche Carrera and Carrera S DFI car from 09 and up. It is made from 6061 aluminum and features a CNC machined Mass Air Flow sensor mount. It features a Y design which places a K&N cone filter under each of the rear wing air duct tubes to give you a true ram air design while under driving conditions. The aluminum is extremely lightweight weight and does not conduct heat such as stainless steel. Each Y intake pipe is powdercoated to further insulate it from engine heat. Inside the intake tube at the Y split is a deflector which forces the airflow to go up from each side directly into the throttlebody without creating any additional turbulence. The intake is a direct OEM replacement featuring a 3.5 inch diameter neck with AP silicone coupler to attach to the throttlebody. The remainder of the intake tube is all 3 inch and TIG welded.
