3" Stainless Steel Mandrel Bent Midpipe
All the turbocharged exhaust gas energy is then carried through the 3” stainless mid-pipe back to the rear axle of the car where it ends at a 3” 2 bolt flange. From there you have the flexibility to bolt on an original equipment or aftermarket performance axle back exhaust system. If you are feeling creative, an exhaust shop can easily fabricate a full 3” rear section for that ultra custom look and sound!

Air to Air Front Mount Intercooler
Fully polished from end to end, our beautifully crafted bar and plate high density front mount intercooler measures 6.25” X 18” X 3.5” (not including the cast end tanks) and fits perfectly behind the stock front bumper cover. The mounting hardware and brackets are included for ease of installation.

Mandrel Bent Polished Lightweight Aluminum Charge Piping

Finally, an affordable stroker kit for the Toyota 2ZZ-GE that allows you to increase your displacement to nearly two liters with healthy gains throughout the entire rev range as well as optimize your compression ratio.
This kit consists of custom Wiseco forged aluminum pistons and rings, custom Crower billet chromoly rods, Darton Sleeves, necessary adapters, seals and plugs, and a brand new Toyota crankshaft. Along with your Toyota shop manual, the included instructions tell you everything you need to know to build your custom stroker engine.
The first option is compression ratio - use high compression (13.7, 13.1, 12.3, 11.5:1) pistons for awesome NA power or low compression (10.5, 9.0:1) pistons for a bulletproof quicker spooling turbo or supercharged engine. Use any power adders, your ECU's tuning capabilities and available fuel octane to determine your optimal compression ratio.
Your other option is that you may also choose to delete the crankshaft and supply your own Toyota 1ZZ-FE crank. You'd pay more than the difference at your local Toyota dealer so unless you already have a 1ZZ crank available you're better off purchasing the kit with crank included.
Power will depend on the rest of your setup and your compression ratio so you can expect 10-20% gains in torque and horsepower. This kit has been proven out making a reliable 500hp to the wheels with a properly spec'd turbo system.
Because this kit uses a different crankshaft than the standard 2ZZ-GE you will need a 1ZZ flywheel (stock or aftermarket) and 1ZZ rod bearings. No bearings or flywheel is included with the kit.

This kit is for you high powered turbo guys. At boost levels over 10psi the stock returnless fuel system allows fuel pressure to drop off, sometimes to dangerously low levels even with the addition of a larger fuel pump. This causes the car to be inconsistent and sometimes run lean. The solution is to add a proper vacuum referenced fuel pressure regulator at the engine along with the required fuel return line. This allows your fuel pressure to increase as boost pressure rises as it should, resulting in safer and stronger power output. The kit includes everything you will need for the install. We strongly recommend adding an upgraded fuel pump and properly sized fuel injectors to round out your fuel system.

Hondata have developed a special high temperature insulating gasket which replaces the stock intake gasket. This significantly reduces the transfer of heat from the head to the intake and incoming air giving you up to 5% more power.
Turbocharged cars often use an aluminum intercooler to cool the air compressed by the turbo. The intake manifold is also made of aluminum but because it is heated by the head from combustion and coolant, works in reverse to an intercooler by heating the intake air by as much as 50° C.
Around town, testing has shown an average drop of around 10 degrees C which is good for around 3 percent power increase. Remember though that 3 percent power increase is difficult to feel. You'd feel a greater change in performance getting rid of that passenger. In certain conditions a 30° C drop has been measured.

This Fidanza flywheel weighs 8.5 lbs making it the lightest 2ZZ flywheel available. You can expect a noticeable improvement in acceleration especially in the lower gears and heel-toe downshifting is much easier thanks to much livelier throttle response. Slightly more throttle is needed to pull away from a stop without stalling though most people get used to it and like the sportier feel.
Fidanza Flywheels are made using the highest quality and most modern materials available. The flywheel itself is made from either 6061 T6 or 2024 T3 aluminum depending on the model. Both of these materials are tempered aluminum which are very strong yet very light weight.
The friction surface is very special. Fidanza uses a 1050 high carbon, alloy steel. It is incredibly durable allowing the use of just about any clutch disc material available from organic to Kevlar and even sintered iron.
Fidanza attaches the friction surface using aerospace nuts and bolts. These are some of the best fasteners money can buy. They choose them because of the incredible shear strength and resistance to corrosion.
All Fidanza ring gears are heat treated for durability. They are heated, pressed on and then secured using grade 10 fasteners.

Like their lightweight flywheels Fidanza choose to use the very best in materials. They designed their Three Point Two with the Kevlar buttons. With 100% Kevlar friction you get more grip and more life than the Two Point One. However, since it has no marcel (cushion) this disc sacrifices a little bit of its smooth engagement. Still, this disc can be installed on a daily driver. Just behave and be patient during it’s 500 mile break-in period. Once that’s over you can be as nasty as you want.

This is one mean clutch. Your footwork better be good, it’s no walk in the park. Just because it has a torsion damper like the Three Point Two doesn’t mean it drives like it. Those are ceramic buttons attached to that puck. They provide quite a grip upon engagement. That means power is planted straight to the pavement. Don’t be scared though, it’s not going to give you a larger left leg.

This clutch has been tested in our shop MR2-S and was the first clutch that allowed us to run 10-second passes and shift at wide open throttle.

The FX700 kit includes the extreme duty ceramic bronze discs for the ultimate in heat and abuse resistance. The FX700 is brutal so don't try driving mom to the grocery store on this clutch. Works best for road course use. Clutch Masters does not claim a specific torque rating for either clutch because it is highly dependent on usage, launching, etc. Making over 500whp and running large drag radials our MR2-S did well with the FX600. If you plan on usage that will cause lots of heat like road course racing, extreme repeated drag launches, etc you may want to consider the FX700. Kit does not include release bearing or clutch alignment tool.
