The weak link in the Lambda motor are the piston ringlands. It is highly suggested that you install forged pistons for longer engine life. It will also allow for more boost = more power! Secondary test pipes and high flow exhaust highly recommended

HKS Racing Suction Reloaded Kits have been developed as the leading intake system for high performance applications and have been granted CARB E.O. # D-186-30 for certain applications. Each kit features aluminum suction pipes that have been tested for optimal air flow. Included in each kit is HKS' Reloaded filter with its patented Super-Funnel and new technical advances.
AEM began construction by gathering high-quality components. Three-inch diameter 304 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing was used throughout the system. Additionally, every connection utilizes OEM-quality 3/8-inch thick stainless steel flanges and O-rings. Even the four exhaust tips of the 600-0600 exhaust system are brushed stainless steel.
As for the actual layout of the system, AEM opted to retain the OEM routing paths in order to maintain OEM clearances to all critical systems. In doing so, AEM chose to begin the exhaust system at the turbo manifold. From the turbo manifold, the 600-0600 system includes a mandrel-bent downpipe with an integrated braided-steel section to ensure that any vibrations in the system are isolated from the chassis. Between the included downpipe and mid-pipe, the factory catalytic converter is retained. Following the mid-pipe to the rear of the vehicle, a single center-entry 304 stainless steel muffler was selected to vent the spent exhaust gases. Exiting the muffler are four OEM-quality brushed stainless steel exhaust tips.
On the dyno, the Genesis Coupe's 600-0600 Exhaust System proved to enhance horsepower and torque output of the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. The 600-0600 exhaust system showed an estimated maximum gain of 12 horsepower at 5,600 RPM. Estimated peak horsepower was also improved from the stock baseline of 157 horsepower to 162 horsepower at the wheels with the exhaust system installed. Estimated torque output gained 14 ft/lb at 2,700 RPM with the exhaust in place.

This is a set of bars made from 300M that will replace the factory axle bars and re-use your factory inner and outer CV's (Inner and Outer CV's are not included). The factory CV's are made from a high grade material very close to our 4130 chromoly, but the center bars are made from a brittle lower grade material. What we have made is a custom set of areospace grade 300M torsional center bars that will fit your stock inner and outer CV.

AEM is proud to introduce an all-new high-flow front mount Intercooler Kit (part Number 26-2100C) for the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe with the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. In designing the Front Mount Intercooler Kit for the Genesis, AEM strived to create an aftermarket performance component with OEM fitment and finish. In doing so, OEM routing paths were selected for the ducting of the intercooler system. Additionally, when possible OEM clearances were maintained to critical systems found in the engine compartment of the Coupe. The finished product is a complete front mount Intercooler Kit that is designed specifically to work with AEM Cold Air Intake System (Part Numbers 21-687C and 21-687P). Hyundai designed the Genesis Coupe factory engine mounts to be soft and flexible to provide a comfortable driving experience. The tradeoff is significant engine movement with weak mounts that torque under heavy load with increased power output and hard acceleration.
Motor movement decreases stability in high performance driving conditions and makes rapid gear selection difficult. Furthermore, excessive flex in the drive train can damage components connected to the motor, pulling on wiring and various lines.
Custom Performance Engineering has developed replacement engine mounts to reduce engine movement while maintaining a pleasant driving experience.
CP-E engine mounts are fitted with specially molded EPDM bushings (ethylene propylene diene monomer). CP-E uses rubber for the bushing as opposed to urethane simply because it’s better suited for this application. Rubber withstands engine heat much better then urethane, and it won’t deform or crack over time the way urethane can. CP-E was also able to incorporate a unique method of holding the mount in the vehicle. Instead of placing all of the force on the center bushing pin, the load is distributed throughout the bushing. This increases the effective stiffness of the bushing under engine loads, and the bushing absorbs annoying vibrations.
The bushing casings are CNC machined from aircraft grade aluminum and mounted to the motor via 0.25” thick steel brackets. The mounts have been engineered to handle serious power yet still provide a comfortable ride.
CP-E offers bushings in 50 and 60 durometer ratings. The lower rated bushings absorb vibrations almost to the same extent as factory mounts while significantly reducing engine movement – recommended for the most people who want a better feel for the motor with spirited driving. 60 durometer bushings are for those who are looking to race their vehicles and put serious stress on the drive train – there is increased vibration but you have the peace of mind that your motor will be secure in the engine bay and you are getting the best response out of the drive train.

When running the oem gasket only, your intake manifold gets very hot to the touch, enough to burn your hand. When the oem gasket is replaced with our Phenolic Spacer, your hand can be placed on the intake manifold without any issues.
We have installed both with and without OEM Hyundai Gaskets and have had no issues with either way. We do recommend using 2 sets of oem gaskets however, one on both sides of the spacer.
How it works:
The intake air in your engine travels through the airbox into the aluminum intake manifold. The air exits the intake manifold and goes directly into the engine.
While the intake air is within the intake manifold it picks up alot of heat from the aluminum intake manifold. This added heat reduces air density thus reducing engine power capabilities.
In stock form your engine has a steel gasket between the intake manifold and engine which allows the heat from the engine to quickly transfer into the intake manifold. By replacing this steel gasket with the GrimmSpeed Phenolic Spacer you are greatly reducing the transfer of engine heat into the intake manifold.
Phenolic Spacers are able to withstand 500+ degrees F. Hyundai engines run at around 200 degrees F, so the Phenolic Spacer is well within its max running temperature. GrimmSpeed has tested that it is also safe to run race fuel, E85, and methanol with the Phenolic Spacers.
The Phenolic Spacer will conduct 300-900 times less heat than the oem steel gasket.

The Mishimoto racing thermostat for the 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe promotes greater cooling efficiency than a standard OEM thermostat. The Mishimoto racing thermostat is equipped to handle the high engine temperatures produced by modified and upgraded turbo applications, activating faster to keep the engine system cool even under extreme conditions.
Once the engine is fully warmed up, the Mishimoto racing thermostat will open up at 62º Degrees, a lower temperature than standard OEM thermostats. Activating at a lower temperature allows the coolant to flow through the engine sooner, thus reducing and maintaining cooler engine temperatures. Engines using the Mishimoto racing thermostat will experience greater cooling efficiency, increasing overall performance and preservation of engine health over time.

SPEC aluminum flywheels are CNC machined and exceed SFI standards for high stress racing applications. The SPEC lightweight flywheels are recommended for highly modified street or racing vehicles. The body of the flywheel is made of tempered aluminums, either 6061 T6 or 2024 T3, for ultimate strength and lightest possible weight. The 1/4 inch thick friction plate is a 1050 high carbon alloy, for incredible durability with any friction disc material, even iron. The plates are secured to the body by aerospace fasteners. The ring gears are pressed on and secured with grade 10 fasteners. They gear is also heat treated for longevity.

Power Slot® rotors feature a signature "short slot" design. The slot improves brake system performance by wiping away the debris of used friction material that otherwise accumulates between the rotor and pad. This keeps fresh pad material exposed to the rotor surface and helps prevent pad glazing. The edges sweeping the pad slightly increase the effective coefficient of friction, or “bite,” amplifying brake system response to pedal input. By providing an escape path for water, slotted rotors can also improve initial brake response under wet conditions.

CP-E has reversed engineered the OEM piece to ensure factory like fitment and alignment, replicating the edges, mounting tabs, graining and even the speaker grille.
The CP-E gauge pod is plastic injection molded, which offers several advantages. First, the molded plastic is incredibly durable under extreme weather conditions. That means direct sunlight or bitter cold will not cause cracking or deformation over time. The plastic is also paintable, and may be trimmed if the end-user would like to install gauges larger than 52mm. The gauge holes are also deep enough to accept gauge retaining brackets or leave room for excess wires.
