Mazdaspeed3 Turbo Upgrades:
GT Upgrades are bolt on turbo upgrades for the Mazdaspeed3. Garrett GT Dual Ball Bearings turbos with ATP proprietary exhaust housing and internal wastegate all ready to bolt up to Mazdaspeed3 exhaust manifold and downpipe. Includes all coolant and oil connections to connect turbo to factory lines. Does not include 3" inlet pipe and 3" downpipe necessary to complete a "kit" in order maximize the turbo.
GT2871R: $1695.00 - Efficient up to 20-21 psi and can produce over 400 crank HP. Highly recommended for a very broad powerband with a lot of "area under the curve".
GT3071R: $1845.00 - Efficient up to 22 psi and can produce over 450 crank HP. Highly recommended for a very broad powerband with a lot of "area under the curve".
GT3076R: $1845.00 - Efficient up to 26 psi and can produce over 500 crank HP. Spools about 500 RPM's later than the GT3071R on the same 2.3L engine.
GT35R: $2045.00 - Efficient up to 30 psi and can produce 550-600 crank HP. Spools about 700 to 800 RPM's later than the GT3071R on the same 2.3L engine.

Mazdaspeed3 FMIC Include:
Front mounted intercooler kit for the Mazdaspeed 3 featuring mandrel bent high polished aluminum piping, Garrett GT high density bar and plate intercooler core capable of supporting over 400HP, multi-layer silicone turbo connectors (color of choice), and stainless T-bolt clamps. Stainless mounting brackets and hardware included. Flanged for HKS BOV (can can be changed to another upon request). No cutting is required for installation. Power gains are huge on both stock turbo and upgraded turbo setups. Drastic drop in intake temperature relieves the engine of constant heatsoaking condition that robs the Speed of its power. By lowering the peak operating charge temp by over 30 degrees, this intercooler upgrade kit allows the Speed engine to operate at full power freely and consistently without holding back when the engine gets warm. The reduction in charge temp also reduces the chances of engine knock. The Garrett GT core also removes a flow-through bottleneck that is inherent in the factory top-mounted intercooler which hinders peak HP. This FMIC upgrade is one of the simplest ways to increase both HP and reliabilty on the Speed3 engine. **Note: Optional taller 600HP Garrett interooler available for $75 additional, but does require cutting of bumper support area to clear.
Mazdaspeed3 Cat Back Exhaust:

Mazdaspeed3 Downpipe:
TurboXS releases the Mazdaspeed3 downpipe (MS3-DP). This downpipe is the pure key to turning your MS3 into a real beast. A stock MS3 made 274 ft-lbs and 244.1 whp. on a Dynapack Dyno. Adding our MS3-DP and the MS3-RP, we saw an average peak torque gain of 50 ft-lbs and a peak wheel horsepower gain of 40 whp. The downpipe's bellmouth is made from investment cast stainless steel and was engineered with clearance notches to ease installation. The bellmouth was used to give your wastegate the proper flow characteristics to avoid a boost creep and promote high exhaust gas velocity. 3 inch diameter mandrel bent stainless steel is used throughout to Downpipe to compliment the bellmouth housing and a cast stainless steel flange completes the downpipe. The MS3-DP was designed to mate to our catless race pipe (MS3-RP - $139.00). To reduce the risk of throwing a Check Engine Light (CEL) due to removing the factory catalytic converter, we have extended the bung for the rear oxygen sensor.
Mazdaspeed6 Hybrid Blow Off Valve (BOV):
TurboXS releases the first Hybrid Blow Off Valve designed specifically tuned for the Mazdaspeed 3 & 6. The valve features an innovative re-circulation and vent to atmosphere operation. It has been tuned to offer the best blend of vent to atmosphere and re-circulation without check engines lights, stumbling or the dreaded back fire issues that are commonly associated with Blow OFF Valves and turbocharged cars that use Mass Air Flow configurations. Each kit will bolt directly to your Mazdaspeed without any additional parts.
Mazdaspeed3 Intake Pipe:
High flow 3" inlet pipe kit for MS3 (Mazdaspeed3) turbo engine. Replaces the restrictive "pancaked" inlet pipe between turbo and MAF housing built into the factory airbox.
This replacement piece was built to handle the flow requirements of the big Garrett turbo upgrade, is built out nice aluminum casting (Internal and external of inlet tube is tumble polished for maximum flow), formed with smooth transitions to integrate a more desirable flowpath and accomodates much more volume because it’s all 3” throughout. The unit can also be ordered with the proper transition coupler to fit the stock turbo and unleash more power from it. Includes all parts from turbo inlet to your "intake". Specify Garrett 4" inlet or stock turbo 2" inlet. Specify color: black, red, or blue silicone connectors.
Mazdaspeed3 Intake Pipe:
High flow inlet extension including 3" billet aluminum MAF housing, 3" inlet elbow, and 3" open element filter. Bolts onto our 3" inlet pipe kit to complete a true high flow 3" intake tract. Deletes the restrictive factory airbox and clears the area inside the driver side fender and headlight area to run FMIC pipes in and out. Specify color: black, red, or blue silicone connectors

Gone are the days of an intake serving aesthetic purposes only. There is no question that cold air intakes make serious power on the Mazdaspeed3, and who better to turn to than the air induction experts at AEM? The AEM cold air intake for the 07-08 Mazdaspeed3 incorporates many features that other manufacturers omit to save time and production costs. The AEM cold air intake uses stock diameter size mandrel bent aluminum piping and even includes an air-flow straightener, a critical part to the MS3 induction system that ensures proper fuel trims and minimized intake turbulence. The AEM cold air intake system for the Mazdaspeed3 includes AEM's famous washable oil-free conical dry-flow air filter, instructions and all the necessary installation hardware. The AEM cold air intake for the Mazdaspeed3 is available in powder coated silver or polished aluminum finish.
