Introducing the AGP Stage 4 Package; from this point forward, let it be known as Stage 4. We know what you're thinking, "Not another confusing turbo kit offering from the turbo guys at AGP!" The reason why we've decided to create this package is for the sole purpose of simplifying your upgrade path for your SRT-4.
The heart of the Stage 4 is centered around the AGP T3T04 Turbo Upgrade Kit. This kit starts off with a new exhaust manifold centered around the T31 High Flow 4 bolt outlet turbine housing. Turbo placement is a key variable in this design, because of the clearance with the engine and firewall. Rest assured, the centerline placement of the turbocharger allows for enough room so you DO NOT have to "convince" your firewall. NO DENTING OR HACKING OF THE FIREWALL NEEDED with our kit. We do offer other turbos as options to the Stage 4.
The next step is integrating the highest quality and perfectly matched turbo assembly into the mix. As our base turbo, we've chosen the 3147 surrounded in the higher flowing newly designed 4 bolt outlet T31 .63 A/R turbine housing manufactured specifically for the highest flowing performance. We add an elbow to the compressor housing so that it will line up to your factory charge pipe with a little modification. The AGP-38 external wastegate has been the choice among racers in all industries. We needed a way to properly manage the exhaust flow to the turbine as to prevent any unwanted boost creep, but still allow enough control for those wanting to put the engine to its limits.
Get all the fuel system parts you need to support over 400 horsepower on your 2003 and up SRT-4 included in the Stage 4. The system starts out with the Walbro 255lph high pressure fuel pump that feeds the 750cc AGP saturated injectors (high impedence). We've found a way to manage all that extra fuel for you with the AGP Specific SCT flash. No wiring, no tuning, just plug it in and flash your factory PCM to pretuned Stage 4 specifications. (NOTE: Our flash works will all the SRT4 PCM’s except stock 03) If you wish to run more than 440whp, we recommend adding our Fuel Return Kit to your Stage 4.
The stock SRT-4 intercooler is a marvelous piece, but it's limited above 300 HP, or in continuous use such as road racing or autocross. Our upgrade fits nicely in place of the stock unit, and will effectively support up to 600HP. It does not require removal of the stock bumper reinforcement that protects the car's chassis should a collision occur. The bar-and-plate core is computer modeled for ultimate efficiency, is not only very powerful, it is very durable.
The expertly welded tanks are lightweight artwork that have been shaped for optimal airflow. They have increased the outlet size from the stock 2" internal diameter to a full 2.375", an area improvement of 25%. Compatible with stock intercooler hoses.

We call it a 3" downpipe system because we have designed the 3" downpipe assembly with total upgradability in mind. We do this by incorporating the latest technology in materials and componentry. This amazingly effective package is a complete fuel system that allows you to leave your stock computer and injectors in place, eliminating the need for a Stage I or II computer and injectors (can also be used with Stage I and II equipped cars). By installing an enrichment injector at the port of each cylinder, PortFueler achieves perfect distribution of the additional fuel needed for high power. It's an easy bolt-on affair, and completely eliminates the need for external regulators and return line systems.

PortFueler offers many other advantages. A completely adjustable fuel map enables the tuner to selectively add fuel as needed at hundreds of different RPM and boost points. As the system uses stock fuel pressure of 60 PSI at all boost levels, strain on the stock fuel delivery system is greatly reduced as compared to high-pressure regulator systems.
The ACT race twin disc kit for the 03-05 Dodge Neon SRT4 utilizes sintered iron discs for maximum holding capacity (770 lbs/ft of torque) and quick shifting while also offering twice the surface area for high heat capacity and long life. Each kit has an overall weight of 15 lbs as compared to the 31 lb stock kit (a 52% decrease in weight) and results in a very low moment of inertia. With ACT’s ability to design and manufacture their own diaphragm springs, they were able to keep the pedal load to a minimal 15% increase over the stock pedal load. All ACT race twin disc kits are dynamically balanced as an assembly for trouble free use.
